Tatt's entertainment

Megan Fox is one of those actors who provoke strong reactions in people. Well, obviously there's the first, primal reaction, which is 'phwoar', but once the lust has worn off, there's the realisation that she talks a lot of nonsense. Megan has given an interview where she discusses the meaning of her tattoos. Yes, she feels deeply about her body art, and we should too, apparently. Megan has removed a prominent tattoo of her heroine Marilyn Monroe, as she believes it has 'negative energy.'

Megan told The Daily Mail, 'I'm removing it. It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. 'I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life. I did it when I was 16-years-old because I was a fan of Britney Spears. The only time I tried to imitate someone else. But then I thought it was tacky and so I removed it when I turned 20.'

While removing a tattoo featuring one icon, she also paid tribute to another sort of icon, Mickey Rourke. Megan gushed about 'The Wrestler' star, saying, 'Mickey is such a beautiful, wonderful human being. He's so genuine and so sweet and so talented. I just love him to death. I actually got a tattoo that is sort of in honour of him. It's on my ribs.'

Megan has approximately nine tattoos including a quote on her shoulder which says, 'We will all laugh at gilded butterflies'. And we giggle a little at Megan's musings too...
