Strictly Come Dancing line-up revealed

Summer (that time of the year when it's supposed to rain less) is almost over and soon it will be time to put the thermal underwear back on, stock up on Cup-a-Soups and settle down in front of the Telly for six months. So the big question is who are going to be the new contestants on Strictly Come Dancing.

The sixth series has served up a bit of a mixed bag in the celebrity stakes with Jodie Kidd, Rachel Stevens and Christine Bleakley ensuring that males the length and breadth of the country will pretend not to be interested but watch the show religiously.

However, it looks like the ladies of the land will have to be content with the quality of the dancing with only swimming champ Mark Foster providing a bit of potential eye-candy. The rest of the male contestants are all getting on a bit, with GMTV presenter Andrew Castle keeping anyone into a bit of older crumpet happy, but lets face it he's no Mark Ramprakash.

But it's the idea of seeing ultra-competitive celebrity Chef and mentalist Gary Rhodes doing the foxtrot that should have millions tuning into this year's edition of Strictly.
