Speculation mounts over cause of Jackson's death

There is growing speculation about what caused the sudden death of Michael Jackson yesterday at the age of 50. The singer had been set to play a series of comeback gigs in July and his attorney has voiced concern over prescription drugs that Jackson was taking for dance related injuries.

An autopsy on Jackson's body is set to take place sometime today to try and determine the cause of death but the results will not be available for a number of weeks. Brian Oxman, the singer's lawyer, spoke to CBS about his client's use of prescription medication.

"I had warned everyone that I could warn and I told them that one day, Michael Jackson is going to wake up dead, which is a very odd way of putting it," Oxman said. "I do not want to point fingers at anyone because I want to hear what the toxicology report says and the coroner says but the plain fact of the matter is that Michael Jackson had prescription drugs at his disposal at all times."
