Shocking new report throws shadows on Brittany Murphy's death

A new toxicology report ordered by Brittany Murphy's father found ten heavy metals in the actress' body, proving she might have ingested rat or bug poison.

The America actress, who played roles in Clueless, Girl, Interrupted, 8 Mile and Sin City, died on December 20, 2009 in her home in Los Angeles. At the time, the County Coroner attributed her tragic premature death to pneumonia.

Five months later, it was her husband Simon Monjack to die in the same circumstances and in the same house.  Health officials later suggested that toxic mold found in the house may have played a role in the double tragedy.

Grief stricken father Angelo Bertolotti is now claiming Brittany and her husband were poisoned to their death.

Mr Bertolotti, 87, after years of litigation finally secured the release of his daughter's hair, blood and tissue samples and submitted them for testing at the independent Carlson Company laboratories.

In a shocking report, scientists at Carlson laboratories admit they found ten heavy metals in Brittany's system which were several times higher than World Health Organization high levels at the time of her death.

The report also states that 'If we were to eliminate the possibility of a simultaneous accidental heavy metals exposure to the sample donor then the only logical explanation would be an exposure to these metals (toxins) administered by a third party perpetrator with likely criminal intent'.

According to Mr Bertolotti, both daughter Brittany and son-in-law Simon had been wiretapped and terrorized after they spoke out in support of a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower. The couple had revealed their fears but as a result they were ridiculized by The Hollywood Reporter.

Mr Bertolotti is also outraged at the way the media handled Brittany's death, with her being described both as drug addict and anorexic, and her death as possible result of her habits. He claims he won't stop fighting until the truth is revealed.
