US Court Commissioner, Scott M Gordon, ruled against giving Britney Spears joint custody of her children, granting her only supervised visitation rights.  The singer will get two weekly visits from 12pm-7pm and one overnight visit.

She must also continue parenting classes with coach Lisa Hacker whose findings were presented at the court. Hacker stated: ‘It seems that her choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.’ Maybe the kids really like going to Starbucks? Who are we to say, eh, Lisa?

So Britney has lost custody of her kids. But are we really surprised?
