Oh. My. God!!!!!! Amy Winehouse (aka Chandler Bing’s erstwhile fiancée, Janice – the resemblance is uncanny) has been arrested in a Scandinavian hotel for possession of a small quantity of marijuana.

The poor little lost girl – and we mean that in the most sincere way – has done it again. She’s got herself in trouble with ‘that husband of hers’. We’re not quite sure what he does – except get into trouble with Amy – but since his arrival on the scene li’l Amy has been on a downward spiral. If he loved her, he’d help her, you’d think.

But then if he’s just a free-loading bad boy, as some sections of the press would have it, he’s not predisposed to give her the comfort and support she so obviously needs.

Drug abuse and musical genius have often been intertwined – Johnny Cash, John Coltrane, Billie Holliday, Lou Reed, Marti Pellow. Let’s hope Amy pulls out of her nosedive before it’s too late.
