Lindsay is back in rehab. She’s fallen in love again – with Sonny Bono’s kid, Chez. She’s planning on moving in with him. Yawn.

Okay – she was quite good in Mean Girls. Apart from that, though, our Lindsay hasn’t really done anything to justify the brouhaha, has she? She’s undoubtedly cute but that’s not reason enough to warrant the acres of newsprint that chronicle her every move. What happened to stars having to earn the right to be hounded by the press and blogosphere? Obviously we hope Lindsay gets herself well but until she’s done some more decent work she just needs to be left alone.

Same goes for Amy Winehouse, no?
