Inflatable dog turd balloon floats free and wreaks havoc

People are nervous about living under power lines. Some think they might cause cancer. Some claim they're behind a epidemic of headaches. Some say their mobile phones are affected.

Wrong things to worry about. They should have been worried about house-sized inflatable dog turds crashing into the power lines and bringing them down on a children's home. Seems unlikely you say? Well it's just happened in Switzerland. The enormous (and horribly realistic) turd balloon broke free from its mooring at the Paul Klee art gallery in Berne, made a bid for freedom and then came crashing down on the lines.

So if you do live underneath the lines, and your worst problem is the occasional crackle on your mobile, it's time to count your blessings.
