Maybe Amy Winehouse gave police a private, cellside blast of Back to Black. Maybe she signed some autographs for them. Or maybe she just denied that whatever she was puffing in the Peaches Geldof memory stick video wasn't crack at all but talcum powder or dried oregano - and the police gave up. Duh!

However she did it, she's off the hook. Police have today confirmed they won't be pressing charges against Amy for getting blatantly allegedly high on a crack pipe - and the case has been snapped closed.

Happy days for Wino but we have to say seeing her mug in the papers every day is starting to get a bit boring. Too mangled to sing, too scrawny to wear clothes, too mashed to even headbutt anyone with her beehive - apart from getting arrested and off her box what does she actually do?

Get thee to rehab Winehouse, and don't come out till you can spell your own name and walk in a straight line and remember the words to your own songs.
