Mariah’s been at it again. What started off as a rather friendly chat with a BBC radio presenter all went a bit sour, when the DJ got some vital information wrong.

When introducing MiMi’s or MC’s (as she is known to friends) album, he spoke of her previous achievements including the staggering 80million records sold. Suddenly Mariah’s previously cheery voice darkens, as she tells him the figure is inaccurate – then strangely the line went dead…

Mariah’s record sales are in fact closer to closer to 160 million - double the number cited by the DJ. But Mariah, you could’ve just given them the actual number and graciously forgiven them for the mistake. To err is human, you know…

Adding to the overall weirdness is that, every time MC says “darling” she switches to a posh English accent – “daaaaaaaaaaahling!”

Oh dear…we do wonder if a certain researcher is getting the sack…
