Ageing rocker and party animal Keith Richards has warned Amy Winehouse off drugs. Old Keith thinks Amy needs to clean up her act or she won’t be around for much longer.

The saying “the pot calling the kettle black” may spring to mind, but we think Keith is the perfect anti-drugs poster boy. First of all because of his drug-taking past he knows exactly the effect drugs can have on your life. Mr Richards says: “I'm not a preacher but I've been there and you have to pass it on.” Amy sure could learn a lot from him –if she had known that he was once so high one time he let a firework burn his finger down to the bone, maybe Amy wouldn’t have tried her hand at being a human ashtray.

And secondly – look at the state of him. Surely his drug-ravaged face is enough to make you say “NO!” We’ve seen corpses with better complexions!

So if only for vanity’s sake Amy - get off the drugs! Then maybe invest in an ashtray…
