Amy stubs fag out on cheek...maybe

Amy Winehouse has been seen out and about sporting a rather large cheek of late. Impetigo her people say. Balderdash The Sun say! The swelling's self inflicted because Amy, the cheeky wee tinker stubbed a ciggy out on her cheek.

The story goes. Wino's kicking back in a restaurant. Sshmoking a Marlboro and feeling quite high. Waitress asks her to put the fag out. Once. Twice. Three times. Bored of being pestered, stony faced Amy does what any smoker without an ashtray to hand would do. And stubs the smouldering fag out on her cheek.

Waitress gasps, clasps hand over her mouth and runs and hides in the kitchen. Winehouse can't see what all the fuss is about and goes back to her dinner.

A restaurant source said, “She hardly flinched because she was so high. The whole place was open-mouthed in horror." Though presumably not too horrified to get on to The Sun about it after...

So, nasty skin infection or simple case of being hard as nails and not afraid to show it? Who knows. Must admit it looks like impetigo to us..but great story if not.
One things for sure -  the Wine-monster rarely bores.
