So much hype, so much publicity and now it’s over. The Spice Girls have officially ended their tour – early. The girls planned to grace Argentina, South Africa, Australia and China with their not quite sell-out tour, but cut it short due to “family commitments”. With rumour of diva behaviour and in-fighting we can’t help but wonder if there may be more to it than not being able to take the kiddies to school in the morning. Don’t your throngs of nannies do that anyway? And aren’t most of the children with you most of the time?

On their website the Spice Girls say: “Really sorry if we didn’t get to see you this time round. We all have other commitments in our lives now but who knows what will happen next.” Next? Sorry girls, but you had your chance. We can’t really see people flocking to another world tour… that may not actually end up being a world tour. Not to mention all those reports of disgruntled fans all over the world and awful adverts! We think you may have made a bit of a boo-boo…
