The Golden Globe nominations will be announced today, but there may not be any ceremony or anyone to pick up the awards.

Writers are planning to picket the ceremony and not write any material for the show. In addition to this, many Hollywood stars supporting the writers may also be no-shows. The protest could affect the Oscars too.
