Kiefer Sutherland will be spending Christmas in jail after he was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. (Apparently his performance in Young Guns was taken into consideration by the judge too.)

Sutherland, who is more used to periods of 24 hours, will be incarcerated for 48 hours and will do laundry and prepare food for other inmates. Although, who knows if he will actually do the full stretch – other errant stars have had their sentences cut drastically short.
