The Oprah Winfrey 'Surprise Spectacular' juggernaut rolled into Chicago yesterday for the final installment in the chat show host's farewell tour. But the star didn't just get handed a gold clock and bouquet of wilting flowers for her efforts, oh no, she had the cream of Hollywood society fighting to out-gush each other. But it was Winfrey's husband, Stedman Graham who got the tear-ducts into action, with his moving tribute.
Oprah's hubby told his wife, 'You are so special. I'm so proud of you. It really amazes me that I got to be around a woman who changes people's lives every day and who also takes her own lunch to work. I can't believe that a coloured girl from the back woods of Mississippi has done all that you have done. But what is really amazing is that you have done this... through God's amazing grace. I love you for making the difference in my life.'
Oprah is giving up her chat show to focus on her 'OWN' TV network, which she established in January.
