Kim Kardashian's new husband Kris Humphries had to endure an awkward flight last week from LA to New Orleans, when he found himself plonked next to Kim's ex, rapper Ray J, and the man who sold the infamous sex tape which - let's be honest - propelled Kim to fame. On the flight, when Ray magnanimously sauntered over to Kris, offering congratulation on the marriage, Humphries claimed that he didn't know who he was.
A source told The New York Post, 'Ray J walked up to Humphries’ seat to congratulate him, but Kris acted like he didn’t recognize him. Ray J said, ‘Come on, you know who I am. I just want to say congratulations.’ Then Kris, realizing he was cornered, said, ‘Oh yeah, yeah, I’m sorry I know who you are.’'
A friend of Kris later told the paper that he genuinely had no idea who the rapper was, 'Kris really didn't know who he was ... but once Ray J reminded him, it didn't matter to him because Kris is simply not bothered by Kim and Ray J's previous relationship. Kris feels that Kim's past doesn't affect her present or future, he just doesn't care.'
Kim and Kris married two weeks ago, in an intimate affair attended by 600 people. The showbiz couple had to cut short their honeymoon due to 'work commitments', and so had to make do with a three-day blitz of the Amalfi Coast. Kim may want to jettison her sexy past, but what she's loath to admit is the huge amount of dosh that she rakes in from the licensing profits of the sex tape. Perhaps Kris should have offered thanks to good old money spinning Ray J...
