Britain's Got Talent 2014 is really heating up and with 3 of the 5 semi-finals out of the way, 6 of the 11 finalist positions are spoken for. The line-up for the final is looking very strong already and the viewers will have their work cut out to pick a winner on the night.

Collabro, the winners of the first semi final, had an amazing audition singing Bring Him Home in an opera style that had Amanda Holden sobbing and weeping with emotion. Collabro will be joined in the final by Canadian magician Darcy Oake whose audition was so stunning that the video has picked up a whopping 25 million views on Youtube.

The Addict Initiative performed their group dance to dramatic effect once again after their shocking and memorable audition to claim their place in the final. 15 year old James Smith also had a bit of a wow audition when he performed the Nina Simone classic hit Feeling Good and he sailed through to the final without any problems.

Meking her bid for a final appearance in tonights semi final, Lettice Rowbotham provided great entertainment in her audition where David Walliams called her the "poshest person ever to appear on the show and possibly the poshest person ever to have visited Birmingham". Rowbotham played her violin to memorable effect in her audition.

Kieran Lai is another who is hotly tipped to take his place in the final and his semi final performance will be on May 31st. His first audition dazzled the judges and audience as he busted out some fantastic dance moves inspired by the Tin Man from The Wizard of Oz.

Stunt motocross bikers BoldDog FMX, who had to pre-record their dangerous display of death defying stunts, failed to make it out of their semi-final and in to the final lineup. Watch this space however as the show's final, to be aired on ITV on June 7th, does have space for one wildcard entry.
